Considerable care must be taken to ensure that there are no gaps in knowledge transfer and that it is not held back by technical, cultural, conceptual or methodological differences. After all, knowledge significantly guides our behaviour and our daily decisions.
Within a company or collaborative partnerships, therefore, the exchange and uniform understanding of information is fundamental. A first step in this direction would be to make knowledge relevant to action and decision-making uniformly retrievable and usable for responsible areas. This is followed by the establishment of an appropriate environment for the expansion of knowledge.

Leadership training
Outstanding professional and technical skills are an indispensable prerequisite for the successful exercise of management positions. However, professional expertise must also reach the responsible employees.
In management training, various methods and creativity techniques are used to expand the reaction repertoire of managers in different professional and everyday situations and to ensure effective and goal-oriented work within a company. This is done by creating a realistic overview with the help of reflected self-awareness and uncovering personal resources, desires and goals.
In order to enable functional communication and uniformly understood goal setting, social competencies in particular are needed, with authenticity and positive charisma. Added to this is the identification of one’s own behavioral patterns. In this way, the most important basis for goal orientation and satisfaction in the company or in cooperation partnerships is set and further possibilities for action are opened up through the targeted training of self-perception and perception of others. This includes working out what appropriate action should look like in a particular situation or towards particular employees.
Within this framework, the causal cause of the employee’s actions in relation to the specific situation can be determined and overviewed. The conscious promotion of the potentials and abilities of the employees to achieve uniformly understood and set goals is also indispensable in this context.
