Süreya Dirik has decades of experience in coaching managers and uses, among other things, theme-centred interaction (TCI) and neuro-linguistic programming.
Her experience in leading seminars includes her work over two decades as a lecturer in Knowledge Transfer I and II „Participative procedures in international management“ in the Master’s programme of Global Production Engineering (GPE), Educational Sciences, Intercultural Education, Fundamentalism and others, at the Technical University of Berlin (TU), as a lecturer in intercultural communication and interaction in the Department of Continuing Education (Psychological Health Promotion) of the Faculty of Medicine at the Free University of Berlin (FU), or her lectures on, among other things, self-management at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (HTW) and Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR).

Ms Dirik was also temporarily responsible for concept development and co-financing by the EU in the field of development policy work.
Her activities as a tour guide and coordinator of yacht tours in the Mediterranean, as a teamer at the educational forum ‚Minorities – Majorities in Germany and France‘ of the German-French Youth Office (DFJW) and as project manager of the One World Project in the FEZ further underline her many years of organisational and conceptual experience.
Through her work with refugees (including co-founding the Café „Grenzenlos“), as head of the women’s project AKARSU Gesundheit, Bewegung und Berufsvorbereitung für immigrierte Frauen e.V. (Health, Exercise and Vocational Preparation for Immigrant Women) or in the neighbourhood management Körnerparkt in Neukölln, Ms Dirik was also able to use her expertise in the field of social work and urban district development.
Ms Dirik is currently active on a voluntary basis in the Berlin-Mitte Women’s Advisory Council and part of the Team Europe in Berlin Mitte.
In the meantime, Ms Dirik offers personal training, counselling or coaching only in special individual cases. The Institute therefore mainly redistributes to carefully selected private individuals, companies or institutions.

Selin A. Dirik is the personal assistant to Süreya Dirik and the first contact person for Institute enquiries. Additionally she is responsible for the Institute’s youth departement.
Selin Dirik is co-founder of the initiative „Youth in International Law?“ and studies law at the Free University of Berlin (FU). Her experience in organising and leading workshops includes assisting Ms Dirik for many years in seminars on knowledge transfer, intercultural communication and diversity trainings, among others. She has additional experience in organising conferences, e.g. for SIETAR. Time and again Selin Dirik contributes to the allocation and spread of knowledge as an initiator (and host) of panel discussions.
Réka Piskóty is responsible for the Institute’s EU and International Law unit.
She studied at the Universities of Fribourg i.Ue. (BLaw) and Amsterdam (LL.M., International Criminal Law), Columbia Law School (Certificate in International Criminal Law) and at the University of Zurich (MLaw).
In addition to her work experience in various law firms, she also completed an internship at the Swiss Embassy in Budapest. She is currently working as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Helen Keller at the University of Zurich and is a PhD candidate in international law.
